What this system does
One sentence: it runs your order-to-dispatch floor: every Shopify order lands in one queue, gets confirmed, picked, packed with the right items, shipped through Shiprocket, and reconciled at the courier handover, with your stock counts staying honest the whole way.
The problem it replaces
Most D2C brands at 100–1,000 orders/day run on a mix of the Shopify admin, the Shiprocket dashboard, WhatsApp messages and a couple of spreadsheets. That works until it doesn't: an old order gets buried, someone packs the wrong colour, a parcel sits on a table for two days while every system says "pickup scheduled", and nobody can say why the stock count is off.
This app puts all of that in one place and, more importantly, adds the checks a spreadsheet can't do:

What it connects to
- Shopify: your store. Orders flow in automatically every 10 minutes.
- Shiprocket: your courier aggregator. Serviceability, AWB assignment, labels, pickups, tracking, and COD remittances flow both ways.
You keep using both; this sits on top of them and does the coordination.
Who uses it day to day
- Packers/ops: the orders queue, pick lists, the packing checklist, the dispatch scan.
- Support: confirming orders, holding/cancelling, fixing addresses, answering "where is my order", starting returns.
- The manager/founder: settings, team, stock corrections, overrides, and the needs-attention queue over morning coffee.
It's a website: any browser, any device, nothing to install. A barcode scanner (the ordinary USB gun kind) makes it faster but isn't required.
