opsapp

Built on a real packing floor.

Not a SaaS idea: a working brand's own system. Click through the story.

The floor A brand with problems

We run our own D2C brand in India: COD-heavy, personalised products, hundreds of orders a day, a different crew on the floor every shift. We tried spreadsheets, then duct-taped tools together. Wrong parcels still went out. COD money still leaked, quietly. Every question started with "check the sheet".

The build So we built our own system

Every feature traces back to a real failure on our own floor. Item-by-item packing verification, because a wrong parcel costs double shipping and an angry customer. Remittance matching, because unpaid COD hides in courier reports. Error rules, because every brand has orders that "look wrong" in a way only it knows.

Daily We run on it, every day

Every order our warehouse ships goes through the same screens you'd use. When something annoys the floor, it gets fixed that week. We're our own most demanding customer.

Now opsapp, for other brands

Rebuilt as a multi-tenant product: isolated workspaces, your own integrations, your own rules. We onboard pilot brands one at a time, personally, because that's how we'd want to be onboarded.
